Slow and Steady
What's going on???
You are a turtle going through the end of the world! You have the hardest and most durable shell on the planet, which means you can survive the world crumbling above you by hiding in it. However, this shell is heavy, so you have to keep on truckin' until you reach the end, but you need to reach the end as fast as possible.
Controls
Your turtle automatically moves forward, but you can hide in your shell by holding Z on your keyboard.

Everything was created by me (the code, sprites, and frantically mashed together music/sfx) either in previous projects or for the jam except for the turtle sprite, which is from a collection of 8x8 black and white monsters at https://twitter.com/kirai_s/status/812824701533728770.

The music is so good!!! It is very fitting that, when you lose, it doesn't restart the game automatically. After all, it is the end of the world.

How Can I Restart
?
Sorry, forgot that web versions of pico 8 don't have an inherent restart function. You should be able to just reload the page and/or restart the application to start again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
